Celebrating Essential Workers
It’s crazy to think we’ve been talking about COVID for almost 18 months now, but I’m really happy to see how those conversations have changed. In the past month, I’ve participated in two panels that reflect upon managing a business during these unprecedented times.
News12 celebrated essential workers in the special The Next Normal and Westport Means Business invited local businesses to share Stories from the Pandemic. Both of these events highlighted a variety of essential workers who bravely stepped up to continue serving customers and the businesses that had to quickly pivot to continue meeting the needs of customers and employees.
Every day I remain so impressed with our team – those who volunteered to enter homes to the Customer Care representatives who took the brunt of communicating new processes and procedures to keep everyone safe.
