We aren’t the first, nor will we be the last to say real estate is BOOMING in Connecticut! All over the area, homes are selling far above asking; bidding wars are everywhere. According to the CT Association of Realtors, this has been the busiest real estate market in 17 years.
Our industry, like many others, has seen an increase in business due to this buying frenzy and the influx of new homeowners around Fairfield County. Some days our call volume is intense: home improvement projects leading to equipment upgrades and transferring houses from the old owner’s account to the new happy homeowner.
