Digital customer service continues to transform business today and that’s why we introduced Gault Online - our online customer portal last year.

Creating your account is quick and easy! To get started, have your account number(s) handy and go to GaultEnergy.com/MyAccount and click Create Account.

After setting up your profile, you can manage your Gault account activity within the customer portal:

Updates to our Billing Address

Even if you choose not to use the Payment feature, Gault Online is another way to communicate with us and find out the latest news and updates. For example, we recently announced a change to our billing address.

In case you missed it, we decided to partner with a processing center in order to streamline our billing process and build upon our You First mission. Going forward, all mail-in payments should be sent to:

If Gault is set up as a payee with your online bank’s bill pay system, please confirm:

  • You have the correct Gault account number listed in the payee set-up

  • If you have multiple Gault accounts, that each account is set up as separate payees
